We have updated the 2024 SOAR schedule with higher dollar values for loan balance transfers, business checking, new MMDA, and new checking customer. We removed the referralfor new checking customer and combined it with the new checking customer. So if you refer your friend and they open the account with direct deposit, and adebit or credit card you would receive $100.
For staff who’ve already entered SOAR forms for this 2024, your form has been updated to reflect the changes.
Additionally, our SOAR program provides the opportunity for you to earn an additional $250/month by posting original content to LinkedIn or other approved social media. All staff are eligible for this incentive. To be eligible you must complete a Marketing compliance training to assist you in knowing what to post. Itis located in Sharepoint under Marketing/ Soar Social Media. It contains the embedded video to watch, a social media doc, and the checklist.
