401k Changes

You will soon be receiving correspondence from Fidelity in regards to the 401k plan. We were able to reduce the overall fees in the 401k, which means more of your money stays in your account! There are three investment options that will have lower fees inside of them as well.

SOAR Program changes effective 7/1/2024

Effective 7/1, the SOAR program has been edited to include the following changes: New Checking MMDA accounts must be for new deposit money coming in to the bank. Funds transferred from another account will not qualify for SOAR payouts. New business checking accounts <$25k, must have a $5,000 minimum to be eligible for SOAR payouts.

Save on dental costs with Chewsi!

Reminder to everyone on the dental plan to check in with your dentist to see if they accept payment though the Chewsi app. While processing mid-year claims I've noticed a few instances of employees using the same dentist and getting the same procedures, but one of them is paying more by not using the app. Below is the link to the Chewsi flyer on SharePoint with more information on what it is and how to find out if your dentist accepts it.

Required Annual Trainings

This year we implemented a new online training system called FSB-U (through BVS Performance Solutions). We have developed a curriculum to provide required training in a new format moving forward.
