Our new strategic plan is the culmination of months of collaboration, analysis, and thoughtful consideration by our leadership team and key stakeholders. This plan reflects our shared vision for the future and outlines the direction in which we are determined to lead our organization. It will shape our work to grow FSB in our communities.
Our mission remains the same: While valuing our past and leading into the future with technology and personal service, our focus is constant- the continued success of our customers and the communities we serve.
There are six key priority areas of our strategic plan. Each area includes an executive owner and key goals. These goals will serve as our indicators of success and will allow us to measure our progress and adjust our course as necessary.
1. Grow loan and diversity loan portfolio on the Cedar Valley and Des Moines markets.
2. Maintain financial strength and soundness.
3. Maintain and grow core deposits.
4. Become the Employer of Choice in the Cedar Valley and Des Moines markets.
5. Profitably grow Premier Wealth Management.
6. Maintain and grow IT and cybersecurity environment.
