Join the Wellness Committee for the first Lunch and Learn of 2024 on May 14th. This webinars topic will be Demystifying Nutrition Labels: Life is busy and reading nutrition labels is often put in the “too hard to figure out” shopping basket. The good news is that anyone can become a food label whiz.

Webinar will start promptly start at 11:30am in the 2^nd floor board room at Tower Park and a nutritious lunch will be provided. If you'd like to join the webinar from another location, just let me know in the survey and I will send you the link.
