Our yearly, Safety Deposit Box payments are due 3-15. The majority of our customers have mandatory auto pay set up so they will see a debit in their account. We may encounter a few questions on what the charge is when they receive their statement or check their online banking.
We do have a few payment accounts that have been closed or grand fathered in that will be billed and payments will come into the bank. If you receive a payment, please email DG with the following information. We will need the customer's name, box number and the amount paid. After the email, please deposit into GL 01-0x-41420. The X would be the branch number that the box is located.
