Why are you nominating this FSB employee? Haleigh is one of FSB best employees who always goes beyond her job duties to server our customers. She always volunteers to do additional tasks and assists those who need help, offering her expertise in multiple areas of the bank. She has excellent communication and teamwork skills that makes the workplace positive environment. For these reason and more, Haleigh deserves to be honored with this award

Why are you nominating this FSB employee? Haleigh goes above and beyond to ensure that a customer is completely taken care of. She is a leader, this can be seen through her involvement in TP huddles and volunteerism at FSB sponsored events. Lastly, Haleigh further demonstrates her FSB advocacy through the promotion of additional opportunities with clients, she is constantly in the top 3 for Soar each year.

Why are you nominating this FSB employee? Karla is one of the hardest workers at FSB. She does the dirty work that goes unseen, and without her the CF Lenders would not be able to do their jobs effectively. Karla is caring and knows countless details about her customers and coworkers. She's a genuinely kind person and she carries herself with positivity. Karla is a great representation of what every FSB employee should strive to be!

Why are you nominating this FSB employee? Shelby plans many (most) of the FSB networking events, holiday parties, etc. She helps ensure we have everything we need when sponsoring events (table cloth, tent, whatever swag we have left). She can also be seen at almost all of the FSB fun committee outings.

Why are you nominating this FSB employee? Amber has done an incredible job at navigating her new position. I appreciate her efforts, attitude and willingness to get out there and make a name of FSB even on the weekends. She and I work well together when it comes to joint calls and helping bring in new clients.

Why are you nominating this FSB employee? Caleb may not be the most vocal but is always willing to participate in the activates and events sponsored by the bank. He’s received awards for treats, such as black bean brownies, he’s won multiple Loan Ops activates along with participating in bags, golf and other festivities held at TP.

Why are you nominating this FSB employee? Culture at FSB wouldn't be as great as it is without Shelby. She works so hard behind the scenes to coordinate, plan, and prepare fun events and takes on some of the largest projects that help drive our culture. Without her, so many of the things we enjoy about working here wouldn't be possible. Thank you, Shelby for all you do to drive our culture and make FSB a great place to work!

Why are you nominating this FSB employee? I believe Jason K and Nick D represent the Spirit of FSB. They both are willing to help and answer questions for anyone, anytime. They also are the hosts to a great show, Between Two ARMs, have hosted training day Q&A over the years, and FSB 101. They are great ambassadors for the bank in the community, serving on leadership boards and volunteering at events. I am lucky to work with them and learn from them both on a daily basis.

Why are you nominating this FSB employee? Bob is his own little fun committee. He is easy to talk to and always has a positive attitude.
