Kara Larson, Nolan & Heidi Tomlinson, and Ross Jensen participated as a Half Marathon Relay team in the Scott Sterrett Memorial Race this past weekend. Team FSB finished with a time of 1:57:51.
In 2018, Scott Sterrett passed away after a fight with pancreatic cancer. He was an avid runner and was a reserve officer for the city of Cedar Falls. Proceeds from the event will be put into a scholarship for students who plan to pursue a career as a first responder after high school.
