Signers can be added or removed at any time on personal or business accounts. All signers will need to sign a new signature card. For personal accounts, joint owners can only be removed if it is a parent that was on a minor's account and they are now an adult, otherwise the account will need to be closed, and a new one will need to be opened individually.
