To enhance control and reporting for our customers, FSB has reorganized its I-Banking platform. Previously, all account transfers and loan payments were grouped together. Now, these functions are separated for better clarity and ease of use.
Here's how the changes affect you:
Using the desktop website or the FSB Mobile App, there are two distinct sections under the Money Movement tab.
- Transfers/Advances. Use this section for:
- Moving funds between your FSB deposit accounts (e.g., checking to savings)
- Advancing funds on your Line of Credit
- Loan/CC Payments. Use this section for:
- Making regular payments on your FSB loans (including mortgages, auto loans, etc.)
- Paying your FSB credit card bills
IMPORTANT: In the FSB Mobile App, the shortcut button for Transfer Funds goes to the Transfers/Advances page. To make a loan payment you will need to locate the Money Movement tab in the Main Menu. A new shortcut button for Loan Payments is coming soon.
Please ensure you choose the correct section when making payments or moving funds. If you do not see an account in the drop-down menu that you would like to move funds or make a payment on, it is likely you are ion the wrong page.
