How do I send a secure email to FSB?

FSB utilizes a Secure Message Center that is free and the recommended method for transmitting sensitive information or electronic documents, ensuring the privacy and security of your data.

The secure email service allows customers to send files up to 100GB in size—well beyond typical file size limits—so you should not encounter issues with file size restrictions.

Follow the steps below to set up and begin using Farmers State Bank’s Secure Email and Large File Transfer service:

1. Locate the Secure Email link at the bottom of any FSB webpage.
2. If you have previously registered for the Secure Email portal, enter your email & password & Sign In
   • If you do not have an account, click on Register.
   • Follow the on screen prompts to set up your account.
3. To send an email - click on the Compose tab. Enter the email address of the FSB team member you are working with, along with relevant information and attachments. Once you’ve completed your message, click Send.
